Since 2001, our passion has been dedicated to crafting exceptional flavors and experiences. We embarked on this journey with Cafetoria and now, 20 years later, the flavor philosophy of Cafetoria is extending beyond the realm of coffee to the exhilarating creation of authentic Italian gelato! The name of our Gelatería is, you guessed it well, Gelatoria! Located at our Aalto University site, our Gelato lab is helmed by none other than our Coffee Roaster, Ivan, who takes charge of developing the flavors and processes for our Gelatos (Follow us in Instagram: Gelatoria.fi)
