Last October 25th, our Roaster Iván placed 2nd at the Roasters Challenge competition among 12 of the top Finnish coffee roasters. He’s been the driving force behind our flavor philosophy – not only at Cafetoria, but also at Gelatoria, where he has won the 4 gelato competitions categories over the past two years. Learn more.
