This practical and engaging course is designed for home baristas and aspiring café owners who want to dive into the art of espresso brewing. You’ll gain first-hand experience with espresso techniques and equipment, and explore the nuances of different espresso styles while working toward the elusive “ideal espresso” through calibration.

Training will be conducted using top-tier prosumer machines, such as the Rancilio Silvia PRO and/or ECM Synchronika, giving you a solid foundation to practice with confidence.
