Chocolate, nuts, honey. Lingering aftertaste

This speciality coffee grows high up in the Andean mountains, where small coffee farmers cultivate it organically. Gran Palomar is the result of our open and friendly co-operation with small coffee farmers from Peru, which started since 2002. The coffee cherries are hand-picked from the coffee bushes, after which they are carefully washed and sun-dried. Afterwards, the coffee is hand-roasted with passion at our small roastery, in a way that brings forth its nutty and chocolate-like flavour notes plentifully.
