Condition and maintenance
Finland is known for having some of the cleanest water in the world. Because of this, coffee equipment used here is often very well preserved and less affected by mineral buildup.
This machine comes from our café–roastery and has been carefully maintained during its service life. Before offering it for sale, we carried out the following maintenance:
Boiler components inspected, vacuum breaker and distributor valves replaced
Steam wands and valves serviced
Boiler descaled
Group paddle components replaced. Very important: the O-rings, gaskets and micro-switches were replaced with original parts from La Marzocco.
The machine has been properly serviced and is ready to perform beautifully in its next coffee bar or specialty café.
