Since 2002 we bring flavour to the World through coffee

We are a Latin-Nordic Coffee Roastery

We are a small and multi-cultural team of coffee lovers who work with passion to extract the best expressions of coffee. We love diversity and we found on coffee, with its different origins and flavour profiles, the perfect raw material to find a way to communicate, to be creative, to promote diversity and to impact people’s life.

From the coffee lands of the Andes to Finland...

Our coffee adventure started in 2001 on the coffee lands of the Peruvian Amazon forest. A delicious cup of an organic coffee was the start of a conversation with a small group of smallholder farmers and it was there when we understood the difficulties of small coffee farmers and the benefits or organic cultivation. Should a very good coffee serve to help people? We asked ourselves this question and, despite the low perception of speciality coffees at that time, we started to get involved in the exciting world of coffee.

So many years has passed after our first cup of coffee with the coffee producers but our passion and motivation to promote great coffees and serve people are still intact. We will continue delighting our customers, promoting organic coffees as much as quality is not compromised and making a difference in everything we do.

Coffee is an amazing fruit, a demonstration of how complex, rich and beautiful our Universe is. It is perhaps that appreciation which drive us, sometimes with an utmost obsession, to roast and brew in a way that reflects this greatness.

We roast in Lohja-Finland

Our coffee roastery is located in the beautiful city of Lohja, known as the city of the apples and is laying down next to an spectacular lake and surrounded by hills.

The heart of our roastery is our vintage roasting machine, a Probat UG22 built in Germany in the late 70s which was found and rescued from the Alps region. This old machine is highly wanted because of its materials and its flexibility to find those distinctive nuances of coffee. All our processes, from the roasting to the packaging, is hand crafted and made with affection!
