Besides our standard courses we offer more specialised courses backed up by the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA).<\/p>

SCA is a global coffee community promoting speciality coffee through education and activites such as coffee competitions. Through this course you will learn about coffee\u2019s journey from its origin in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today. From growing the cherries, through grading, roasting and brewing, this module provides an overview of the coffee value chain.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
