Nicaraguan coffees are usually milder and smoother than their neighbouring countries (Honduars, Costa Rica). This coffee comes from San Juan del Rio Coco, department of Madriz. Unlike our Mexico or Honduras decafs which are dark roasted and with remarkable sweetness and acidity, this coffee has subtle aftertaste and heavy body. A very approachable coffee to drink even without milk.
