The Eureka Mignon Turbo is an all purpose grinder with 65 mm flat hardened steel burrs that give it the highest output in Eureka’s Mignon range. The touch screen display is a stand out feature for a grinder so small, making adjustment as easy as it should be. With its larger burrs, the Mignon Specialità can produce up to 1.8g of coffee per second for espresso and 2,3g of coffee for filter.
