Mignon perfetto is the “perfect” grinder for entry level.  Sharing the same quality components as its other big Mignon brothers, perfetto is your best entrance to the world of speciality coffees. Thanks to the “Easy Setting” it allows you to easily pass from one grinding level (e.g. espresso) to another (e.g. french press)  with the simple turning of a knob.

As espresso, we recommend this grinder to be used together with Rancilio Silvia or any semi-professional grinder such as ECM.
