With more than 15 years collaborating with producers in the coffee plantations and actively participating in the roasting and brewing we have many stories to tell you. Our modules “Introduction to coffee” and “Barista skills” follow the curricula of the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA). As Authorized Barista trainers from the SCA we grant certification on behalf of this important coffee entity.

Our Barista courses are directed to professionals and coffee geeks who want to get the skills and knowledge required to produce the perfect espresso drinks.
We offer the three Barista skill levels of the the Speciality Coffee Association:
The foundation level is a great way to get inside into the world of the Barista. This course is recommended for Home Baristas as well.
This level is suitable if you are already working on the coffee sector and have firm knowledge of the basic Barista skills.
The professional level is suitable if you want to pursue specialist knowledge at a high level in your subject. Success of this level should indicate to employers about your competence to work in the field.
