SUMATRA BATAK

Indonesian coffees are recognized by its earthy, spicy and syrupy taste. This is mainly because of their unique way of processing the coffee, a process known as wet-hull or Giling Basah in Bahasa language. This process gives the green beans a particular dark color. Many Sumatran coffees could contain an intense body and overwhelming earthiness. Our Sumatra Batak is a cleaner version of the Sumatran coffees with a more delicate acidity and sweetness similar to the Central American coffees.
